Loan Processor II
This key role at Riverland Bank is responsible for supporting the growth of the bank by providing loan processing and support to our commercial and consumer lenders. Responsibilities include working with both loan officers and credit administration staff to execute loans and ensure loan file organization. This position will interact with loan customer as well as vendors to facilitate the loan origination process. The role will also have some degree of customer service and is responsible for promoting Riverland Bank and services offered through good customer relations.
Provides a full range of banking services to individual customers and commercial clients as well as providing support to branch staff. This position is responsible for answering and directing incoming telephone calls, greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department, teller duties as detailed below, opening new consumer or business deposit accounts, cross-selling bank products and services, as well as providing back up support to Branch Manager with administrative work as needed.
As a member of the commercial banking team this position is responsible for developing and managing lending, deposit and other commercial banking relationships in the middle market segment. Necessary skills include the ability to effectively understand the business needs of customers, partnering with other team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience, proposing products and services that meet customers’ needs, financial analysis, credit decision making, loan documentation, and handling collection of commercial loans to protect and manage assets entrusted by the organization.
